Here is an email we recently received from a member who say us present on the Affordable Care Act and now is volunteering for a political campaign

• "I was out in Whitefish Bay and knocked on the door of a woman that said she would not be supporting Health Care reform. I asked her for details and we talked for a good 10-15 minutes. At the end of the conversation she said to me, I guess I WILL be supporting Health Reform! I wanted to let you know that the ACA presentations that you have done, have given me an ability to talk about the issue with ease and authority and it makes a difference down in the trenches... I'm not sure if you ever hear what happens to the knowledge that you pour into peoples heads, but it helps a lot, and is making a difference." - John C.

We are glad to hear that our members know so much about the Affordable Care Act now that they are able to advocate for it in a wide variety of settings!
